What is the minimum order quantity for wooden boxes?
The standard MOQ is300–500 pieces per design. Some simple, small designs can be ordered in lower quantities; complex designs, multi-compartment boxes or large sizes usually require higher volumes to make the tooling and labour cost effective.
If you are testing a market, start with a sample — we make samples from 1 piece.
How long does a custom wooden box order take?
After sample approval, mass production usually takes15 to 50 daysdepending on complexity, structure and order size. Sampling takes about7 days.
For rush orders, talk to us directly so we can fit you into the production schedule.
Can I order a sample before mass production?
Yes — and we always recommend it. A physical sample is the only way to check wood colour, surface finish, how the lid feels and where the logo sits before mass production.
Sample cost depends on the design; sample shipping is paid by the customer. Deducting the sample fee from a bulk order is considered case by case.
Does TANCY BOX export internationally, and which delivery terms do you support?

How are finished wooden boxes packed for shipping?
Each box is wrapped in a PE bag or tissue, then packed into export cartons in suitable quantities; corners are reinforced and foam added where needed.
