Starting in 2008 and our professional philosophy
In 2008, TANCY’s founding team began as a small workshop in Guangzhou, handling die-cutting, offset printing, and assembly of paper boxes for export orders. At that time, the entire workshop had only a few dozen people, basic machinery, and most steps were done by hand.
The difference from the start was that we did not accept mass production without care. Every order was carefully reviewed regarding box structure, paper type, logo printing methods, and durability for container transport. End-to-end closed production line
When clients place an OEM/ODM order at TANCY, the entire process is handled in-house: material consultation, 3D design, die mold making, printing, lamination, manual crafting, assembly, quality control, export carton packing, and container loading. No middlemen are involved, which shortens feedback time and allows for better cost control.
The workshop is divided into specialized areas: die-cutting and offset printing for rigid paper boxes, PET lamination, logo stamping, PU coating, and manual assembly. Processes requiring high precision, such as laser cutting, embossing, and logo engraving, are performed on specialized machinery.
Specifically for surface finishing, TANCY uses an automatic spray painting line to ensure even coating, fast drying, and minimal dust. Products are then moved to the final inspection area, palletized according to export standards, and shrink-wrapped with PE film before being loaded into containers.
This process is particularly suitable for high-end wine boxes, watch boxes with velvet cushions, jewelry boxes requiring precise hinges, or large quantities of mooncake boxes that must maintain a luxurious appearance.
Sample showroom and in-house design team
Alongside the production area, TANCY maintains a showroom displaying over 5,000 models of gift boxes, wine boxes, watch boxes, cosmetic boxes, and jewelry boxes. The design team consists of 7 in-house specialists, supporting clients from initial concepts and 2D sketches to 3D rendering.
